Yesterday, a news story put Portugal in shock. A long-known actor was found dead. They say that there is a possibility that it was suicide and, because of this possibility, today I make this post.
It is urgent to value mental health. It is urgent to show people that asking for help is a sign of strength and not weakness. We all have our torments. We all have our fears and anxieties. It is possible to be happy, even with them, but for that, we need to heal them, we need to feel them together with qualified professionals to guide us on this path of pain and overcoming.
Yesterday, it was Pedro Lima. Today it could be anyone else.
