The first sign when we rarely exercise is that it is easy to catch the flu. This indicates that the body is very weak against the threat of viruses that roam freely. With regular exercise, can improve the body's immune system so that we become more immune to the symptoms of flu.

Keep in mind, exercise can stimulate the brain to release happy hormones so we will avoid stress. And vice versa, when we never exercise, then we will not be able to manage stress properly. Instead, it actually has a negative impact on mental health.
