Hello friends. This is my first health status post via the amazing Air-clinic app. I hope I'm on the right track; I will appreciate corrections or re-direction from the more expert users out there if I falter somewhat.
Early this month I noticed an increase in my weight front 75kg to 78kg and got very worried. I decided to either go on a diet or hit the gym on the first day of the month but stuff came up and I defaulted on my plans. I am still yet to do either of the two but I began to walk actively on the 15th of August and like magic, my weight is back to 75kg. I feel that was too fast though...losing 3kg in 4 days?!
I have been walked 3.5miles taking about 5,000 steps every morning for the past 4 days. I however realised that I'm beginning to feel a nagging ache in my legs and thighs. I also feel a bit of pain whenever I get up from a long sitting position which makes me limp for a few seconds before regaining the ability to walk straighter and more easily. Any advice from the medics?
