Which fruits a mother should eat at the time of breastfeeding?

Breastfeeding is an important time while a mother should intake more calories and more nutrients. A mother needs extra 450 to 500 calories while breastfeeding. A variety of food items should be taken during this time to fulfil the requirements. Fruits should be an important portion of daily intake.

Which fruits should be included in the daily menu?
According to the United States department of agriculture (USDA), the following fruits better be in the list which are full of nutrients and vitamins, notably calcium, potassium, vitamin A & D.
