Good day friends and air-clinicians it's another wonderful Tuesday and I hope you all had a splendid day?
I think I just discovered something about myself after reading a post on the Air-clinic App this evening tittled how to manage stress.
Overtime I have been having this headache almost everyday as long as I am under stress.
So the headache has become like an indicator of stress in my body, most at times I don't really take drugs before I will be relief of the stress all I needed to do is to find a means to rest or sleep.
The post was actually an eye opener and I was able to understand a great deal about myself.
Now I know means to manage stress and to avoid the usual headache once am stressed.
