It's another day and time to share my health status with you. For the past 9 days, I've been sharing my daily experiences with you on my journey of making little health changes and I've shown my good and bad deeds.
Last time I posted, I said I was bored and felt that I needed to make a change in the daily reporting of how my journey is going.
Today I'll be sharing my thoughts on what should be done when such important changes are planned to be effected. I'll be sharing this because I realized that it is affecting my journey now and I have to find a way to manage it. While I can't be sure that the journey would have been better, I am sure it would not have been a shock like this is daily turning out to be.
The first thing I'll be talking about is counting costs. Counting costs demands that you be realistic about the potential setbacks, about your abilities and inabilities, about your environmental challenges, about your finances and every other detail.
When making a lifestyle change, it is best to realize that everything in your life is about to change and so the needed space and time and allowance for growth should be considered.
Why am I saying this?
I am learning in a kinda hard way. I am learning that I was not prepared. I am learning that the so called little changes are actually life changing choices. I should have planned better.
So health status, learning to count costs.
