Today I'm having a sandwich for lunch. This is the first wheat item (that I know of) that I've had since the beginning of September.

During this process, my mom reminded me I was actually allergic to wheat (among nearly everything else!) when I was a small child. It's possible that it's been wreaking havoc on my system these past few decades and I never realized it. We'll see how it goes though. I'll post again tomorrow with how it goes.
