Healing Reiki Yoga Workshop in Colorado
Join Pueblo West Yoga's Doe Renee (Meral Cooper) as she guides you through a Reiki and Yoga fusion class. Learn to give yourself healing energy while practicing a slow restorative yoga asana (postures) flow. She will use healing sound frequencies from recordings, chanting (you can join in or just enjoy the vibrations), and crystal/copper singing bowls.
Location: Pueblo West Yoga at 315 South McCulloch Lane, Pueblo West, CO 81007
Cost: Sliding scale donations $11- $33 requested
