Wow, what an intense story. I could feel so much of what you were sharing. I've been in other spiritual circles (without the tea), more western based/christian based, and seen some of that same thing - people throwing up and demons/tormenting beings leaving them - a feeling of lightness and hope afterwards. Other people offering support by rubbing their back, holding back their hair while they purged. And I've seen the deep belief that Love is the greatest thing, the one thing that heals, and that Fear, really is the enemy that stops us and can torment us if we allow it.
This is so interesting to read about since I had not heard about the ritual before reading your post. I'm so enjoying reading your stories and hearing about your journey. Thank you for sharing you story.
Thank you Kara! Would love to hear more about the spiritual circles you've been a part of.
Completely agree with what you are saying. The experience with Ayahuasca definitely helped me to get a sense of perspective on my fear but it wasn't until becoming a mother that everything really changed for me in terms of letting go of fear.
Thank you for reading <3 Have a great day!
Extraordinary, besides being famous for his players football talent. Nature and Coffee Brazil also got to my indonesia ... in the area I live in Aceh Tengah-Takengon which is famous also with its gayo coffee.
Thanks for sharing this story, @janinemelanie, along with your exquisite talents as a photographer and artist! I'm looking forward to finding the time to read this mindfully.
