HAVIT®HV-H2239D 3.5mm audio jack + USB gaming headphone -

Is this headphone user anyway ?? I'll gift for my younger brother.
How is it output? It is very nice to use someone who uses the reviews

Price ranges from 1500, I like it roughly (its price is 1180 taka).

Is there good headset available in 1500 price ranges ?? It is better to specify the model number.

Note - USB is must, he plays ps4.
