Fire dance and small beach – Maui, Hawaii

Aloha!
Maui has been voted the best island for many years now. What makes Maui so great? Let’s look around. Let’s look at the fire dance and nudity beach in Makena. The beach is called “Small Beach.”

A bunch of tourist will go to this spot to just let loose and hangout.

To get there, you have to drive to Kihei first and pass through the town of Kihei. If your coming from Kahului, it will take about 30-45 minutes to get to Big beach, Makena. Parking is free so you don’t have to worry about where to park. Google map should be able to direct you to the parking lot of Big beach.

Once you get to big beach, you have to pass through a small hill to get to the “secret spot.” This is where all the activities happen. You will see fire dancers , music lovers, surfers and beach goers here. Just be aware that nudity is allowed in this beach. Don’t bring your kids if you don’t want them to see nudity. Once in a while, there are events so make sure if you plan to go to small beach, search if there are any events going on.
