Surf is Up on the South Shore of Oahu Hawaii

The surf is up on the South Shore on the island of Oahu Hawaii.

The beach at Waikiki is packed as the Law Enforcement Surfing Contest kicked off today as the swells continued to rise through the day.

Surf heights are expected to reach 10 feet during the day today.

The good thing is that the break is far from the shore and thus the visitors are pretty safe unless they venture out into the break area.
