Cooking Some Fried Chicken - Big Island Hawaii

We fired up the grill and got out our cast iron pan.

When the fire was right we poured some oil into it and put in some chicken thighs.

There is nothing like making fried chicken on the grill.

We had it with hot rice and a salad and ate it watching the sun set over the Big Island of Hawaii.

The best way to enjoy a meal.
