I've noticed some issues with Steem Keychain as well, seems only delegation is affected however so you should be able to use it to get plots and seeds etc.

There's a small tutorial in the menu that you can follow in order to get setup properly. It looks like you got the delegation figured out so you can skip that part but basically now you will need to pick out some plots and pick out some seeds. Once you have seeds you can go to your farm and plant them. Come back everyday and water! Let me know if you have any other issues, thanks!
