Hashing was originated by British in Kuala Lumpur at early world 1938.
What hashing do is we run in the woods similar semi-jungle tracking to me.
After efforts pouring in the woods we will be reward by foods and ice cold beer !🍺
Currently we need to create awareness of health by at least hashing is a choice to be make.
