Upcoming Outstation in Northern Thailand

For those of you that are new to the Hash, an Outstation is where the local kennels go on a vacation to a spot somewhere nearby (or not so nearby at times) and we chill, tour around if we feel like it, and go on a hash several days in a row.

You get your exercise in and drink a bunch of booze with friends in a picturesque part of the country that you might not have visited otherwise.

January's outstation will take us to Chang Dao, which is a mountainous area that is famous this time of year for its low temperature and scenic views. I think it should be a bit obvious that the terrain is going to be hilly and that is probably why "Knockout" and "Mr. Poo" are the organizers of this thing because we all know how much they love making us run up and down hills.

Certainly they wouldn't make us trek up some of that stuff would they? I think you all know the answer to that.

The event takes place from the 15th to the 17th of January and it is probably pretty important to go ahead and book your accommodation now, which we have secured at Chiang Dao Hut at a reduced rate as low as 450B per room, including breakfast. At the moment we have 8 confirmed attendees and this is a Hash experience you wont forget.

Check the official Chiang Mai HHH website for additional information. Transportation from Chiang Mai to the outstation is also being arranged but don't be a jerk and wait till the last minute to get on board.
