Radish harvest time in the highlands of Mountain Province

It was an opportunity seeing the locals harvesting their crops. This time, in particular, is the edible root crop, radish.

This root crop is a common ingredients to viands that Filipino cooks, one of those dish is the sinigang na baboy or "pork porridge".

Here in the first 3 photos, we can the the locals "Igorots" men and women sitting while cleaning and finalizing the harvest before it will be delivered to the markets.

In this image, we can see the locals in the mountain slope harvesting their root crops.

This is just a flower that I saw while walking. It's white and pretty.
