Hard work is the key to success: It Never Fails Perfect Example by Alan Mcfayden

Hard work and perseverance are the two keys to success. We can shape our own destiny by hard work and perseverance.

Photographer Alan Mcfayden spent 6 years & 7,20,000 attempts to capture this pic

Success is just an ongoing process, if you stop trying you will fail, and if you will try ever, you will never fail. When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with success. Nothing can be achieved without hard work. Work, work, ever work, is a great panacea.
Today’s world is a competitive world. Everyone here wants to be famous and wants success in his life. Whether he may be a successful boxer, sportsman, actor or writer his present position is only due to hard work. Hard work never goes wasted. Although it may be later or sooner success comes to your feet.

Hard work does not disappoint. Amazing photos @piyushkansal. Thankyou for sharing

thanks bro.. sometimes we disappoint when we fails but after more hard work we get success.

While I agree that hard work does need to exist in an equation for success, hard work does not guarantee success. There is some luck involved in the situation, such as the luck of the shutter in this particular shot. A millisecond reaction in one direction of the other could've yielded different results. I'm not attempting to be fatalist or play Devil's advocate, but I think there is a fallacy in saying that X = Y in all cases. Success does require hard work, but even some of the hardest workers don't achieve success.

I agree with you to a certain extent, but if we all leave on luck, how can you achieve success?

I didn't say leave it to luck. Hard work is important, but it doesn't guarantee. That's all. Who knows, maybe on your way to what you consider success, you find a better version of success.

I agree that its not only the hard work that goes into it but you also need the luck or breaks to be successful
Although hard to imaging someone looking for that one picture for 6 years.. You could post that picture as a newbie on steemit and it wouldn't get a second look and probably make coppers in votes

Few understand the effort that goes into an artwork. Hours, days, months, years, decades. In the case of certain older buildings and structures, even lifetimes. This post is an awesome example of reward for perseverence. Yet, most will look at the photo and not even know the back story. There are three resources to success in my opinion. Time, money, and people. Time is hard work. Money is money (and is generally a crucial factor), and people are who you network with to obtain success. I have seen masters of certain crafts fail because they didn't know how to network and invest.

True.. Look at most of the old artists/painters..They died penniless yet their works sell now for millions

Thankfully the technological age has made finding some semblance of success easier. For those who know how to navigate it, anyway.

ok bro but your given link doesn't show anything.

Wow Great photo! I would say a once in a lifetime shot.... Thanks for sharing.
