1.  Remove the expectations you have on others.

2. Don't let other people negative energy affect your mood. (ENERGY) 

Ex. When someone you care for has an attitude with you, you have to become consious of your emotions. Understand that the attitude is never about you. This is coming from a pain from the inside of them. At this point their main objective is to spread the negative energy to suppress  their own. 

Don't get offended by their actions or attitude. It's best to focus your attention on thoughts and things that make you happy! 

You have ultimate control over how you feel. 

Get to know yourself , I promise you will fall in love! 

Oh and #3 stop being so attached to your emotions... let shit go and live!
