True happiness is sometimes not worth the good car, jewelry, or any other material that can make you happy. But true happiness takes effort and hard work to get it.

  1. Stop being materialistic
    If you find happiness in an object, then the happiness will be short-lived. Because what you have will never be enough, things will always be lost or damaged. Therefore, wanting what we do not have will cause unhappiness. So, you should be able to be grateful for what we have now.

  2. Not obsessed with the degree
    As with material, the title can be lost. If you always define yourself with a job or position you carry, like a doctor or a mother, then you may feel sad if the title or position is taken. You just need to find happiness from yourself and be happy to be yourself.

  3. Get rid of the mess
    Too much chaos in the house, like too much stuff that is not well organized, can cause inner stress and stress. Take immediate steps to tidy up all the clutter inside the house by throwing away the unused, donating it, or selling it.

  4. Meditation
    Meditation is a very useful tool. In fact, scientists have found that people trained in meditation have different brain activity than those who have not. They respond well to situations that sometimes make people like losing emotional control.

  5. A structured schedule
    As with regular life, you should also make sure that your schedule of activities is well organized. Eat at certain hours and try to have a regular sleep schedule. Irregularity will disturb the inner calm.

  6. Surround yourself with positive things
    The biggest factor of happiness is being among positive thinking people. A person who likes to have a negative influence can affect your interests. So make sure to be careful with them.

  7. Focus on the good
    Every one of your life, from the start of a routine eating habit to sleep, you have to work in every aspect of life. You can only achieve true happiness when all parts of your life are well connected.

  8. Write a list of gratitude
    Writing a list of things you're grateful for can reward you for what you've ever taken. Writing a list of gratitude will keep you focused on positive, not negative, things.
