Be Happy for the Rest of Your Life
Life will not happen 100% the way you want it to happen and it shouldn’t.
We must be appreciative of life, this is what opens us up to have a positive outlook on the world and our lives.
Live in the moment and never worry about outcomes, standards or statuses... you just focus on making yourself happy and this will bring you all your wishes and dreams.
Many people are creating lives based on what they think others perceive of them and this is creating everything that is not you. Being genuine, real, and living from the heart and soul will always make you happiest. You will know and trust yourself and know exactly where you want to go and what you need to do, to be and have everything you want.
No person or situation makes you feel anything, you create all the feelings yourself, so don’t you create your own happiness?
When somebody touches you, you make the feeling happen. You send messages from your brain to your body, saying this is somebody new, somebody I love, somebody I’m scared of, ect. When you experience anything you are making it happen within yourself.
Where do you see this Steemit post right now.... within yourself. When you watch a video, where do you see it... within yourself. Through your eyes and into your head. Where have you seen the whole world? Within yourself. Everything that has ever happened has happened within you. Happiness and joy, you have always created it within you. Stress and depression, within you.. Have you experienced anything outside yourself? No.
So if you understand that this is all done by yourself. Your whole experience in life will be enhanced to never turn yourself on yourself. You cannot control any events in life but what you can control is how your experience on this planet is. It is essentially an appreciation of where you are in life because really we are all very insignificant on this planet and you must cherish being here.
When you have accomplished that in a natural state.
You will be happy, each and every moment.
