The way you start your morning usually affects your entire day so if you want to work well you should start your day well and these steps will help you do this:

  1. Rose next to morning coffee:

Physicists say that roses give the human soul a lot of rest and reassurance so having one of the elements of nature in the morning next to your eyes gives within yourself something of confidence on a beautiful day

  1. Sleep on the right side:
