happiness an important tool in life

Have you ever been in a situation where you just look at your life and smile. feel a great deal of joy and a great deal of happiness and fulfillment. that's exactly the very essence of life "to be happy" and nothing more.

you may feel fulfilled because of your numerous accomplishments but you are not fulfilled if such accomplishment does not bring you happiness and joy along with it. i have seen wealthy people die of depression, affluent people living an unhappy life. just because their wealth and accomplishment doesn't bring happiness to their life. let me just use these medium to share my life experience with you. i could remember when i was in school then ( junior school) i had read that happiness is the key to life so on a morning my teacher asked a question which everyone was meant to answer. my teacher asked what we wanted to be i life. every other kid were like i just want to be rich e.t.c. but i stood up and i told my teacher that i just want to be happy and nothing more. i never knew what it meant until now when i realized that happiness is truly the very essence of life. take for example who would each of us rather choose a rich unhappy man tired of living despite his achievement or a poor unhappy man who have nothing is living happy and fulfilled. these just shows us that happiness is the very essence of life and nothing more. if we can only recognize these and apply it there wont be anything like depression or any sought of thing. we can kick out this disease called depression if only we can all live a happy life.
