What defines your happiness?

What is Happiness? What defines Happiness? And when you find that happiness, how do you hold on to it forever?

In My Opinion, Happiness is the joy of having nothing but still owning everything. Personally, Money does give me happiness but after a while such happiness go. Achievements too make me happy but in time i search for more and as i achieve them, the happiness diminishes.

However, sitting next to a friend yesterday, I realized happiness is making others happy. Putting your problems aside to help others, gives you enough strength to defeat your problems. Been humble, considerate, never acting like you are better, smarter, or religious than those around. When consoling never ever tell tales of how good you are to pull through it, instead, tell the victim how POWERFUL you think they are to succeed. When everything around us is not only about us, only then will we find happiness. But searching for happiness in money, sex or achievements will mean searching forever.

I have found happiness in family and some friends. What defines Happiness? And when you find that happiness, how do you hold on to it forever?
