Positive psychology as a tool for living in wellness

in #happiness7 years ago

I would like to share with all of you my experience with a Positive Psychology program. It was fantastic to understand that we can decide start with what is good instead of focusing on what is not so good. There is a gold rule in PP that I loved:
"The same amount of time that I dedicate to ask you and to look at what does not work well in you, I will dedicate to look and ask what works well. It is a philosophy of life"

Acording to the science behind this phylosophy to know your strength enable you to thrive. The people want to live meaningful and fulfilling lives, to cultivate what is best within themselves, and to enhance their life experiences.

To Begin with that is good, first at all you have to know your strengths, I want to recommend you a Test which help you to know your main strength in order to focus on that.
