Thanks for the kind words it means a lot coming from you. I'm not a writer but felt impressed to write this book. I resisted because I am not a writer and felt like there were plenty of self help motivational books already out there by far better writers then me. I couldn't shake the impression so I just did it. It took me a year and gave me a new found respect for authors and all the hard work they put into a good book worth reading.
