Я сама долго не могла пройти регистрацию, в Steemit Chat мне пытались помочь, отвечали, что для нас рег пока приостановлен. Можно зайти платно, но я ждала нормальной регистрации и все время пыталась. И в один прекрасный день у меня получилось без проблем зайти. Может Вашей знакомой надо все время проверять страницу рега и пытаться...
