I wonder are we the only country where we go nuts on fireworks on Halloween? I wonder if we legalized it would it still be the same.
No, it happens in India as well. There are restrictions, but not on a festival like Diwali, where we get tired of enjoying with crackers.

Well, Diwali is the Festival of Lights and celebrated by lot of people with lights and crackers. I did quite a few posts on it.
