Hajjahajera crisis may increase the hajj pilgrims

Hajj flight begins on 14th July Biman Bangladesh Airlines has already decided to lease four aircraft in the Hajj passenger transport, but till now the two aircraft leases have been contracted. In this situation, due to low airfare, the Haj Agent Association-HAB is likely to face the problem of Hajj passenger transport. However, in the scheduled time, the optimistic authority about leasing the remaining two aircraft is expected.

In order to operate the Hajj flight, the Bangladesh Biman used to pay two aircraft, but many flights were canceled on international routes due to late flights.

There are 13 aircraft in the fleet, but there are currently two shortages at 11. In this context, with the aim to conduct Haj flights properly, the company decided to lease four planes. Although the two aircraft lease agreement, the remaining two are not yet confirmed.

Habib general secretary Shahadat Hossain Taslim said, the lack of aircrafts is a big reason. Other companies will be given a chance if they fail in the final phase.
