Hairs...the most essential part of our life which make us look like a complete gentlemen. Without hairs we look old 10-20 years, that's according to me is really frustrating....
According to a survey 30percent of people's are getting bald, the main reason behind this is lack of proper nutrition nowadays found in youth...that something we need to change...

Excessive use of alcohol

Take a proper nutrition diet..

Do exercises on regular basis otherwise take a healthy walk to increase blood flow in your body

Add protein source to your diet..like boiled chicken or paneer,curd
Step 5
Do meditation atleast 15 minutes daily

Take sun bath twice a week, it is mostly found in european countries that they lack of vitamin D so try to get a good sunbath

dont use any type of shampoos, conditioner,sprays,hairdryers, gel,etc...it will sutely lead to hairfall and baldness.

Don't eat any type of hair medicine

use egg or honey on hairs to increase ur hair mobility
