FUE technic in hair transplantation

HAIR TRANSPLANTATION BY THE FOLLICULAR UNIT EXTRACTION (FUE)
FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) is an the operation that is realized by extracting the hair follicles from the nape and to insert them to the areas without hair applying local anesthesia. Hair transplantation with FUE hair transplant technic is realized with fine-tipped needles and since the patients is locally anesthesied he will not feel any kind of pain during and after the operation. Hair transplantation is a technic that is used for the people who have very few hair or who lost all of his hair as well as for the people who lost hair because of the injuries or the burnts.
After the hair transplatation the patient will have a natural appearance and can form his hair and can have his hair cut as he wishes.
Hair transplantation can be realized by extracting hair from also chest, dorsal area and legs too by the FUE technic.
Since the young people and the people who have very high elasticity tend to form wide scars FUE technic is preferred for them. 

  The hair transplantation process with FUE technic consists of 3 phases 

1. Phase: It takes one hour and the hair of the patient is cut 0.3 mm and is applied local anesthesia. The hair structures of the nape, arms, legs, dorsal area and the chest are examined and the most suitable area is chosen to extract the folliculars. 

2. Phase: It takes 3 hours approximately. The single (1) folliculars are extracted from the determined area with 0.8 mm punchs to be able to obtain a natural transplantation appearance, and they are transplanted to the front hair line. The follicular with 2 or 3 hair   are extracted with 1 mm punchs and these folliculars are planted to the back of the front hair line to be able to have an appearance with density.  

3.    Phase: It takes 3 hours approximately. The      last details about the area that the transplantation will be applied is      discussed and the determined area is anesthesied. After the calculations      of the diameters and the depths of the follicles , the channels that the      follicles will be transplanted are opened with a particularly prepared      lateral slit. After the channel opening the hair transplantation process      finishes.

 PERCUTANEOUS TECHNIC IN HAIR TRANSPLANTATION
The percutaneous technic is a very special hair transplantation method that can be applied in very few clinics in the world.While the percutaneous technic is used, round holes are opened in the same size of the follicles without straight cuts, and the foliicles are inserted into these round holes. With the percutaneous technic the head skin heal over very fastly and it is a very advanced level hair transplantation technic that makes the patient to have a very natural appearance.
 

Since less liquid solution is used with the percutaneous technic than the other hair transplantation technics, the patient has less edema. Percutaneous hair transplantation technic is more difficult than the other technics and requires more details. 4500-6000 grafts can be transplanted in one session.

   DHI TECHNIC IN HAIR TRANSPLANTATION
 

DHI is the hair transplantation technic that is realized without opening place for the grafts in advance. DHI hair transplantation technic started to be used in 2016 and it is also called the pencil method hair transplantation technic.
 

The follicles are extracted from the donor zone and are transplanted without cutting and shaving. DHI hair transplantation can be realized with 2 different methods and the method to be used is decided after the doctor examines the patient. In the first method that is called Protocol A, the follicles are extracted from the donor area and they are immediately transplanted. In the second method that is called Protocol B, the hair follicles are extracted and they are transplanted after a while.
Hair transfer is realized by the DHI technic without opening channels (without making cuts) like the FUE technic.
 

Since very fine-tipped needles are used the patient has hair with more density after the treatment. The scars recover faster with the DHI technic.
