[By An Auburn Pond] 30 Day Haiku and Color Challenge (Green Thursday)
nature lets loose her tresses;
shows her aged roots
You can find this art installation a la Nature. In Vancouver's Stanley Park. As I pondered and snapped away with my iphone, I was reminded of a beautiful woman letting down her hair beside a wooded pond. The pond here as been dyed a certain shade of red from decaying leaves, and those tresses are sure a sign of age for the tree some distance off who has let them loose in search of water.
