I never knew what a Haiku was until i started following @poeticsnake, haiku is a traditional Japanese poem with only three lines of syllables. First line has 5 syllables with the second line having 7 syllables and finally 5 syllables for line number 3.

Oh and it should have seasonal theme as well

I thought it would be easy but found it hard, i must say writing poems is not something i have thought about much let alone try and write one.

Its funny how life works, last night on a TV game show they asked a question about a Japanese 3 line poem - i said HAIKU!
