10 a day too many in your opinion do you know how many cryptocurrencies there are? Some peoplo would want more than that if your a trader you want data from the day on the day not go by 3 day old news or wait a week to check his opinion and it is just that an opinion(usually a bloody acurate one i might add) but youd be stupid to expect 100 acuracy
As to sbd the currency pegged to may i remind you 1 US $ not that long ago trading at 10 US $ who knows?

Yep 10 a days is to much when there is such bs like the sbd one ... and that one is the dumbest TA of all ... sure it was pumped to 22usd in May and 13usd in December. But hey if you think that sbd will reach 100usd thats fine because you can believe what you want, But it's from the math side not really that possible because the amount of released sbd will rise like the price of steem. ATM you are getting 3 times more sbd than steem as reward and there is no real way to burn sbd at the moment (promoted stuff ignored bc well you know ^^) so the amount of sbd will rise and rise and rise and the price will go down in the end until its back at 1usd if enough time goes by. SBD is designed to be at 1usd ...
Yep there were many more or less innocent ppl flagged but that is happening on both sides.
And of course it should be down to you to decide who can post how much and what?
He can post whatever he wants to post, blockchain blabla decentalized blabla but if he rewards himself with ~4% of the reward pool for this posts (and it are more or less only his and ranchos votes and not the votes of his famous 12k followers) and doesn't listen to well-intentioned advices well then he has to face with some reactions against his behaviour.
And if you read the points he wrote and read the points transisto wrote in his letter you will see that he didn't respond to the important points ...
But hey everybody can do what he wants to do and if you think he deserves to get 4% of the whole steem reward pool by self upvoting then its fine.
And of course it should be you who decides who can post how much and of what?
