the world need hacking

incredibly the best hackers are the ones who get hired for big companies for security porpouses if they can break they can track and secure.
im not a hacker or even close but its true some of my best related friends started like this,
then grow up to big security and banks companies.
soo unfortunalty hacking is bad but good security its needed right.?
