Can you imagine that after 3 years Yahoo still doesn't know who the hackers were?

There are so many hackers out there and the former Yahoo CEO, Marissa Mayer didn't seem to value cybersecurity and the result was that they were hacked twice while she was in charge of the company. To this day, they still don’t know the attackers and what caused the breaches (affecting 3 billion accounts).

The article also talked about the Equifax breach (which affected over 143M people) and after hiring a consulting firm, they still don't know how the hacks occurred.

I'd like to hear your thoughts as this issue is becoming more and more of a major issue everywhere.
