Is this joke. Is the FBI sending us something special thru a router reboot?

Also, don't people know yet- the routers are moslty wi-fi these days, putting out massive wif-fi radiation. EVERYONE should be turning off their routers at night, before bed anyway.

I've got my router wrapped in Aluminum Foil- because I couldn't find any tin-foil. You think that Aluminum is INCREASING or Decreasing the SIGNALS?
