DATES EGG PUDDING
THIS DATES EGG PUDDING IS VERY NUTRITIOUS FOR EVERYONE AND THIS IS FULL OF HEALTHY MEAL.
I SHARE MY OWN RECIPE WHICH I MADE OFTEN.
I WILL SHARE ALSO HEALTH TIPS IN THIS RECIPE.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 20 SOFT DATES

  2. 5 EGGS

  3. 1.5 LITRE BOIL MILK

  4. ONE CREAM PACKET

  5. FEW ROASTED ALMONDS

PREPARING METHOD:

WASH DATES AND PUT IT IN BLENDER WITH BOIL MILK, CREAM, EGGS AND BLEND ALL AND TAKE OUT IN OVEN DISH AND MIX ROASTED ALMONDS AND PUT IT IN OVEN 260°F TO 300°F FOR 45 MINUTES. CHECK THE PUDDING AFTER 35 MINUTES WOODEN PICK INSERTED INTO THE CENTER OF THE PUDDING THIS SHOULD BE DONE WHILE THE PUDDING IS STILL IN THE OVEN. ENJOY THIS DELICIOUS PUDDING WITH YOUR FAMILY.

TIPS:

  1. EAT 2 DATES IN THE MORNING IT PREVENT HEART PROBLEMS.

  2. IF YOU HAVE COUGH OR ASTHMA BEFORE SLEEPING 10 ALMOND CHEW WELL AND DRINK FULL GLASS OF NORMAL TEMPERATURE WATER MORNING YOUR COUGH WILL GO.
