YOu don't get it.
It is not about those useful black idiots.

Once they drive real owners of these lands out, all of the land will end up under monsanto or some such agro corps.

And once corporations take over, armed guards will shoot those stupid monkeys to kill on approach.

Just google "ukraine agricultural land ownership",( while you still can.)
