Gyoza is one of my favorite appetizers. They’re also called Japanese dumplings. I like them best pan-fried. Some prefer them deep-fried. This one’s from Ippudo Philippines. This is also best paired with Ramen.

Gyoza is actual perfection. Being half Japanese we often get family dinners where my mom will make upwards of 40 gyoza's for us, and those are the nights to live for
Also, I live in Singapore and we too have Ippudo! My parents actually know the people who started it too!
