I set new personal best for bench press and chin ups.

Hi Everyone

My latest gym session went as below:

•Pause Bench: 62.5kg x 3, 2, 2
•Box squat: 80kg x 5, 2, 3
•Chin ups x 7, 2, 3...( I did total of 19 reps)
•Plank 3x35 seconds with 25 second rest between sets.

There were accessory exercises too that I did not include. My bench press here is my personal best of 3 reps on that weight. My chin ups is also my personal best so far. I have done 8 reps before but on an easier grip. The one I am doing is slightly wider grip.

All of this feels great after a boring Monday day job.
