Bench press and curls progress in the gym

Hi Everyone

Yesterday I did the following in the gym:

•Paused bench 62.5kg x 4, 2, 2. 50kg 2x6 (close grip bench)
•Box squat 82.5kg x 3, 2, 2. 2x6 @ 60kg.
•Chin ups 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 9x1. Total 21 reps
• Overhead Tricep extension 2x10 @16kg
• Preacher curls 3x6 @ 12kg.

The pause bench and preacher curls are my personal best. I will be eating a little bit more and quit maintaining and losing weight. I am happy so far but it is getting difficult to progress further. Although sleep was not the best. From now I will try to sleep a bit earlier and eat a little bit more throughout the week. Let's see how it goes.
