Back after a break. Gym session update.
Hi everyone
I have been extremely busy and I felt like I needed to take some time off. Below is the gym session that I carried out on Saturday:
Paused incline bench 3x5 @49.5kg
Z press of pins 30kg 3x3
Leaning in bench rear delt flys 4kg 3x8
Deadlift 90kg x 3
Neutral pull ups 4x3
Ezcurls 17.5kg x8,6,6
Cable crunches 3x10 @ 26kg
Calf raises 3x10 @ 59kg
These weights are low because I am trying new exercise to switch things up. I will be doing a heavy day and a high rep day. Let's see how it goes. It was a lot of funnier really enjoyed it.
