Making sense of the court system and using it to your advantage.
Let's say you want to support a grass roots movement. One that works and gets things done. Well, I have one new one for you; its called the 99 % who care movement.
In this movement we dot strive to change the overall political landscape, its too far gone. We don’t depend on laws written that give our elected officials the right to suppress us, that would be childish and stupid. Instead, we use the existing confines of a system carefully constructed to use the general populations' morals and integrity against them, and we turn it against those who constructed it.
The court system. Everyone reading this has wondered how to get out of jury duty. While unsuccessful have you noticed that a jury of your peers means exactly that, it’s comprised of everyday people just like you! No celebrities or ultra-rich people, just plain old everyday folks that cant get out of it, deciding on the fates of everything from shoplifters to murderers. That’s a big responsibility.
What if we used that responsibility to let someone off for shooting a senator in the face on tv? We cant! you say, yes we can look at oj!
Guilty people go free all the time you hear about it but don’t see it because they are let go before because a deal was struck. What if we struck a deal with our friends and neighbors that killing corrupt politicians, was not something we convict someone of murder and or punish for removing?
It would just be a casual conversation about what would really, preemptively, begin to change the political problem in our country. There is not one single way to eradicate the thieves and scum politics courts other than the public execution and exoneration of the executioner that I can think of. If we vote them out a new one just like them takes their place. If we could find a nonviolent way of making them take their jobs as civil servants seriously, we would have thought of it, and we haven’t!
Might sound a bit rash, harsh, cynical or even crazy but deny the efficacy of public execution for being a lying self-serving fuck! Better yet deny that what we have as an elected body is anything but a bunch of corrupt lying self-serving fucks.
The other day a friend called me and told me someone had parked in his driveway and due to newly enacted legislation, he had to wait for 72 hours before he could report it, or have it removed. That means some asshole said you know what people who unlawfully park in other peoples driveways are being unfairly treated and we need to give them more time to get their vehicle out before we unduly punish them for it! Worse yet those who work with that cock-sucking motherfucker agreed and made it a law!
How long before that causes undue violence and unlawful reactions by what used to be lawful citizens who are now just fed up with the abuse of power and lack of representation of all our civil servants.
Try getting a police officer to respond if your house has been robbed, they won't! They are out giving dui tickets and responding to domestic violence complaints in which both incidents involve removing your guns and limiting your rights! It’s no coincidence, it’s too easy to see. Just try to get an officer over because your neighbor was found staring into your bathroom window while your wife was showering, they will say close the window. Anymore they won't even come out if someone has blocked you from leaving your own house which is kind of like kidnapping, they will simply say you have to give it 72 hours.
So my advice if you live in Oregon and someone parks in your driveway, don’t call the police until you have lit their vehicle on fire then your off the hook on the 72 hour law, then call them and say something is on fire and it sounds like there was a gun in the car by the loud noises coming out of it, they will be right over! If you think shooting a politician in the face is just too much of a “stretch” for what you consider appropriate action to rectify an out of control electorate, I understand, I used to too. But you need to get used to a lot more fucking with no kissing and no cuddling without bitching about it because that’s what they intend to do!
