Building your own is a pretty great option as well. Given how popular the AR15 platform is, there's hundreds of tutorials and walkthroughs online about how to take an 80% lower and end up with a full-fledged rifle. The process is fairly simple and there's affordable jigs now to make it even easier.
It is very doable even for a novice. Just buy the right tools and watch the right youtube video and you're making 'ghost' guns in no time haha. It is a good time to be a gun lover right now too - ammo and gun prices are Low.
