Sacrificed by the state to the state!

All these people were basically sacrificed by the State. In countries devoid of Liberty, only the government may be armed.
These rogue governments are perfectly aware that the people will be forced to make these type of human sacrifices to the state in order to allow the state to keep their monopoly on weapons.

The Right of Self defense is anathema to tyrants and must remain illegal for their survival.
