StG 44
The StG 44 is a German selective-fire rifle developed during World War II.
It was the first successful assault rifle in ww II.
By all accounts, the StG 44 fulfilled its role effectively and ruthlessly.

StG 44 was produced from 1943-1945 in Nazi Germany and after the war it was used in eastern Germany until 1962.
