  1. The term "firearms" is a legal fiction.
  2. "Carrying" a gun is a special commercial privilege, subject to licensing and regulation.
  3. The "License to Carry" is a commercial contract.
  4. "Gun laws" are statues, which are "acts authorizing the making of contracts with the government..." (74 US 666)
