The Gummy Wrangler, a Poem about the Old west of Candyland
a rugged spirit,
wandering the deserts,
the butterscotch dunes,
the wrangler of worms,
the gummy cowboy himself.
far off into the wastes,
where sugar and candy were sparse,
live the giant gummy worms,
a species so illusive,
seen by few,
but known by many.
The cowboy rode his
sugarhorse deep into the haze,
and found a sleeping one,
and with a single lasso,
tamed it and befriend'it.
His tale was told
near and far, to all
who would dare to listen,
the man who rode on backs
of giants, and never
could you miss him.
