My first "Steemit" guitar!

So, i have been here for 3 weeks, and steemit bought me this guitar!, isn't that just so cool?...

I wanted to buy something and actually have the feeling that this is real money coming out of steemit, this is actually happening. Lets be fair, i got this real cheap, it cost me roughly 50$ used (which is a very good price for this guitar).

The guitar is a Schetcer Damien 6, it was in very good shape but a little abandoned, with no strings and all the frets corroded and the fingerboard all dusty..

First i cleaned up the rosewood fingerboard with some pine oil and a tooth brush

Then i got the corrotion off with some steel wool...

Now its ready for new strings!... I'm putting a heavy bottom set here, as i intend to use this guitar for low tuning

And now i have a brand new guitar!, ready to rock! lml

Nice work on that guitar -- and in figuring out how to access your Steemit earnings so quickly. Some of us still haven't got that figured out or made the step to turn our Steem into money that can buy things. Enjoy your guitar!

That's amazing I know a pawn shop that sells me project guitars for $60 they have in their closet but those are just knock off strats.

Yeah!... well here cheap deals are pretty common, many people need money and sell their gear cheap, i would say is an "advantage" of been in a collapsed country...
